Where do you ship?

We currently offer shipping services exclusively to addresses within Canada and the USA. If your location falls within these regions, you can take full advantage of our premium collection of dog accessories, designed to enhance your pet's walks in comfort and style.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Upon placing your order, we will initiate the processing, including packing and shipping, within 1-2 days. The delivery time for your order varies depending on the destination:

  • For orders shipped within Canada, you can expect to receive your package within 3 to 6 business days from the date of shipment.
  • If your order is being shipped to the United States, please anticipate a delivery time of approximately 4 to 8 business days from the date of shipment.

It's important to note that while we strive to uphold these timelines, they are not absolute guarantees. Factors such as shipping volume, seasonal demands, and circumstances beyond our control can influence the delivery schedule. Rest assured, we are committed to doing our utmost to adhere to these timeframes and ensure your satisfaction.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Can I make changes to my order or update my shipping/billing information?

Certainly! Feel free to drop us an email at info@mrgustave.com if you need to modify your order or make updates to your shipping and billing details. We do our best to process orders quickly once received, so there's a chance changes might not be possible if the order is already in motion. Just a friendly reminder that ensuring the accuracy of the address you provide during checkout is important, as any errors could potentially impact the delivery of your order. How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via info@mrgustave.shop, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

What are the materials used for your collars and leashes?

Our collars and leashes are crafted using high-quality polyester, ensuring durability and reliability.

For added comfort for the human hand the leash handle is features with a cushioned neoprene lining, providing an optimal level of comfort during walks.

To prioritize durability, the collar's attachment ring is made from zinc alloy without joints or welding, which helps minimize the risk of breakage. Similarly, the leash hook is made from the same strong zinc alloy material to ensure long-lasting use.

How should I clean your products for the best results?

For cleaning your collar or leash, we recommend using lukewarm water and mild soap. You can use a soap similar to what you'd use for your pet's bathing or dish soap. After cleaning, allow the accessory to air dry at room temperature.

Please avoid machine washing, tumble drying, or using harsh soaps that you wouldn't use on your hands. Following these guidelines will help maintain the quality and longevity of your accessory.
